  • Delivery Address — to ship your parcel to the right place

  • OTP (One-Time Password) — for identity verification during checkout only; OTPs are never stored

We do not collect your card or banking details directly. All payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never access your full card number or banking credentials.

  • Communicating order status, dispatch updates, and delivery notifications
  • Addressing queries, complaints, or return and exchange requests

To fulfil your orders, we share certain information with our trusted service partners. These partners are authorised to use your data solely for the specific services we engage them for:

  • Delhivery — Your name, delivery address, and mobile number are shared for parcel pickup and delivery. Please refer to Delhivery’s privacy policy for how they handle this information.
  • Razorpay — Your name, email, and mobile number are shared for secure payment processing. Razorpay is PCI-DSS compliant. Please refer to Razorpay’s privacy policy for details.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any other third parties for commercial purposes, under any circumstances.

All data shared with us is handled with care and stored securely.
